Mayor Eric Garcetti joined Xerox for the launch of Go LA, a transportation app that provides detailed information on every available mode of getting around the Los Angeles region.

Watch the Go LA App video, which highlights a significant step in improving safety for people who walk, roll, bicycle, use transit and drive on our streets. This is the first app in the nation which will be able to compare multi-provider trip itineraries, i.e., trips that combine arbitrary modes of transportation including personal (car, walk, bike), shared (ZipCar, bikeshare, etc.), ride hailing (Uber, Lyft, taxis, etc.) and public (bus, subway, train, etc.) options. Even parking information is included! It provides a higher level of transparency and allows people to make more knowledgeable decisions about how they travel.
